Penne pasta heavy cream, smoked gouda & parmesan cheese layered over crisp bacon and  crusty bread.

Tomato Basil Pie – 12
Puff pastry, red onion, cream cheese Roasted tomato and Colby cheese served with a green salad.

Soft Shell Fish Taco – 12
Filled with Cajun spiced white fish, pineapple confetti slaw, poppy seed  dressing  &  green salad.

Sausage Medley -12
Italian and Andouille sausage sautéed with sweet  peppers,  garlic, tomato  & light red sauce.

Mixed greens, cucumbers, red onion, tomato and cranberries.

Cranberry Chicken Salad – 12
Cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, red onion, pecan pieces with 40z grilled chicken breast.

Roasted Vegetable salad – 9
Fresh roasted vegetables and feta cheese on a bed of mixed greens.

Cod filet baked and finished with pineapple, cilantro, sweet pepper salsa on mushroom risotto.

Mediterranean Grouper – 19
Pan seared, finished with tomato, garlic, peppers onions with a light red sauce.

Rib Eye Steak – 24
12 oz. rib eye steak with caramelized onion and mushrooms.

New York Strip Steak – 19
12 oz. New York strip finished with Béarnaise sauce.

Salmon Filet – 20
Baked and finished with cucumber caper dill sauce.

Buttermilk  Fried Chicken – 19
Fried golden and served over mashed potato.  Finished  with  tasso  gravy.

Shrimp and Grits -19
Andouille Sausage in a Cajun cream on smoked Gouda grits. (Has some heat!)

Bayou Pasta  – 19
Penne pasta, crab, crayfish, shrimp, garlic, mushroom in Cajun cream. (Has some heat!).

Fried Catfish Filet – 18
Catfish filet served over smoked Gouda grits and finished with scallions, Andouille sausage Creole gravy.

Black and Bleu Pasta – 18
Bleu cheese, butter,  mushrooms, with 80z Cajun chicken breast.
Half order for $12
